Cancellation Policy

To make an online booking, a credit card is required to secure your appointment in the event of a cancellation or no-show. We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy, with fees applied to compensate our therapists: $25 for cancellations within 24 hours or 50% of the full charge for no-shows.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you do so online. This ensures that everyone is informed of the changes and helps avoid any charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
