I’ve been to this salon several times and loved every experience. I’d probably go here more if it was closer to me. I’ve had a gel manicure, a pedicure, and my favorite was the head spa experience. It was my first time having a scalp massage like this, which combined a hair/scalp analysis, hair mask, facial, and shoulder/neck massage….and it felt amazing and so soothing! I would recommend to try this at least once. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and every staff member I’ve encountered here is professional. Their facility is nicer than the typical salon, with very tasteful decor and a relaxing vibe. Anytime I’m in the neighborhood, this is likely the only salon I would visit.

I work at a café here in Morgan Hill, so I know how important great customer service and reviews are. I was gifted a $100 massage for my mom for Christmas, and though I used it about four months later, it was absolutely worth the wait!
I called Pure Lavender Day Spa in Gilroy and was able to get a massage appointment within the hour. The experience was nothing short of magical. Lynn, the massage therapist, was incredible—and I felt honored to be her very first client on her first day at the spa. You would never know it was her first day; she’s clearly an experienced professional. For such a petite woman, her hands were mighty! Her technique was both powerful and deeply relaxing.
From the moment I walked in, I felt transported—like I’d stepped off into a tropical island retreat. The environment, the atmosphere, and the kind, welcoming staff made the whole experience unforgettable.
Pure Lavender Day Spa truly is a one-stop shop for beauty and wellness: massages, facials, eyelashes, nails, hair, skincare—you name it! They even offer snacks and water to make your wait as comfortable as possible.
The new owner is warm, kind, and amazing. I felt so welcomed and cared for. I will definitely be coming back when I can—and I’ll be booking with Lynn again for sure!

Just had the BEST massage I have ever had from Nora!! 100/10 will be back again soon. My neck and shoulders had tons of knots that she worked out, and she made sure I was comfortable and pressure was ok throughout the massage. She is the best!!!

Classy, tentative, prompt spa services in Gilroy. My go to place for a pedicure. Very clean and sanitary. Great massages! Highly recommend Nico for a unique deep tissue sports and stretch massage. He is very educated on the musculoskeletal system and can target your problem areas really well.

My daughter’s facial with Trisha was exceptional. She’s clearly skilled and knowledgeable, and has left with my skin feeling rejuvenated and becoming flawless. Beyond the excellent facial experience that Trisha provided, I also observed how well Ivy and Vanessa interacted with children. It was very impressive to see how they provide such amazing manicures for kids. They were patient, kind, and created a fun atmosphere. Ivy is so talented with her designs even on small nails! It is very nice to see that the spa is a place that can be enjoyed by all ages.
Lavender Spa has created a wonderful atmosphere, and I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a personalized and caring experience. Whether it is a facial with Trisha, or a manicure with Ivy or Vanessa, you will be well taken care of.

Nora was wonderful. Great massage very relaxing and I would highly recommend. Originally came in for a head spa but ended up getting a body massage. I would definitely come back. The salon is also very clean and adorably decorated.
Let me just start by saying upon walking in the spa, it’s cleanliness is amazing compared to most I’ve been. The staff is super friendly and accommodating upon being shown to the waiting room I was given chamomile tea (my choice) as they have other options, this was my first time at this spa and I got a Best of both Body massage and Relaxing head spa – 45min body massage then 45min of scalp care & Facial massage, scrub and it was such a relaxing experience. I booked with Nora and upon greeting one another right off the bat she was super friendly, I am also 4 months postpartum and had many areas that were tense and she massaged them right out and the head spa treatment was needed and a must made my hair feel more alive since having a baby. I’m feeling great today and slept amazing last night and hair is feeling soft and Lucious! Highly recommend Nora 😇 pic for reference to the waiting room it’s quite lovely!
A very beautifully set up spa. An eye pleasing look from every corner. No massage chairs though I opted for an upgraded pedicure. I think the extra was a mask which was just dropping the towels around your feet for 10 minutes. The pedicure itself was pretty basic.
I love this place. We have been coming here for years and always enjoy my services. I don’t usually get color but when I do, it lasts for weeks. The ladies are great and the customer service is amazing.

I had yet again a wonderful time to myself at Lavender Day Spa. As a new mom my relaxation is so much more important to me now. Tina is so great and I plan to book with her in the future. I recently visited Pure Lavender Day Spa in Gilroy for a haircut and color with Trisha, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Despite being in a time crunch, Trisha did an amazing job and transformed my hair beautifully in such a short amount of time. I absolutely love my new look!

My boyfriend and I came here to get pedicures! The inside is newly renovated and staff are very attentive. I was lucky to have Wendy as my nail tech! I just came back from Japan and NYC where I was walking 20,000 steps per day for weeks… so my feet were looking ROUGH. Wendy was quick! She made sure I left with smooth feet and pretty toes. Overall – very satisfied with my service.
This place is AWESOME! I’m in from Colorado and spent 1/2 the day in this swanky place. From the moment I walked my experience was stellar. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Annie gave me an amazing massage and facial. I did the Head Spa treatment with Nora and it rocked. Trisha styled my hair and I love it. . Shout out to Mimi who did my pedi and Spring who did my nails. My nails and toes are ready for the holiday weekend. This was I great experience.

It all began with a thorough scalp analysis, ensuring the following steps were tailored to my specific needs. First came a hair exfoliation and steam, followed by a mini facial fit for royalty. This facial included a divine massage, a mask to pamper my skin, and a meticulous exfoliation – and that’s just the beginning! My hair received a luxurious wash with not one, but two types of shampoos and conditioners. The experience culminated in a perfect 10-minute blow dry and a final scalp analysis, leaving me feeling utterly pampered. While the treatments themselves were phenomenal, it was the warmth of Trang and her staff that truly elevated the experience. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home, adding another layer of enjoyment to this luxurious escape. Pure Lavender Day Spa exceeded all my expectations. From the pampering treatments to the welcoming atmosphere, it was an indulgence for both my hair and my overall well-being. Love this Salon! Appointments are always punctual, Kaly does a fantastic job and is very detail oriented. Everything is very clean and comfortable.
A friend of mine told me about this spa, and how nice everyone was. I had a pedicure today. Done by Kaly. She really paid attention to detail, a very nice massage. She herself was very pleasant. The whole staff seemed to be also. If You’re looking for a beautiful, clean new place to go to I highly recommend. I will be back.

I have been going to Lavendar Day Spa to get manicures and pedicures for years and have always been very happy with the service provided. Everyone who works there is very kind and friendly, in addition to doing excellent work. Kaley and Vi are my go-to’s and are quite talented with their nail art as well. Occasionally, I’ve used their massage and waxing services which have also been good. Additionally, the salon is kept neat clean.

They listen to your desires and do their best to achieve them. I tell them in the moment too, and they will adjust their service. Most of the nail technicians have worked there for years. Since they always do a good job, I always tip them 20% of the service.
I have also had massages at Lavender, and every massage I’ve had has been good to great! I look forward to getting another one now that there is a new owner, and he is hiring a couple (I think he said).
The spa has just been spruced up with a fresh coat of paint and new decor. It looks pretty and modernized. It is very spacious and airy, as there is now less furniture, fixtures, and small items for sale in the lobby area.
The previous owner Kim retired and sold it. The new owner is Evan. Overhearing chatter in the salon, it appears that he is a part of a group of realtors who have bought the salon and who will run it. They also have a luxury AirBnB for rent in Gilroy on Day Road.
Evan is a nice guy and open to feedback. If you write a review and show it to a nail technician or him when you are there, you will get 20% of your services. When I asked if they will honor SpaFinder gift cards, he said he’d look into it. SpaFinder is a way to buy/give and use gift cards to pay for spa services.
I am rating Lavender with 4-stars because I do love this salon and think it is the best one in Gilroy. I’ve tried many, and I always come back to Lavendar.

This is a luxurious and relaxing facility. The staff were ultra-friendly and the services are top notch. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and families.
